At Labelprint.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed labels tailored to your exact specifications. Because our products are custom-made for businesses, we operate under a strict no-returns policy. However, we are committed to resolving any production defects promptly and fairly.

1. Can I Return My Labels?
Â
Since all Labelprint.com products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started. This is because each order is manufactured specifically for your business and cannot be resold.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please see our Defective Orders & Refunds section below.
2. Cancelling an Order
• If production has not started, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at help@labelprint.com.
• Cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to deductions for materials or pre-production costs.
• Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

3. Reporting a Defective Order

We strive for perfection, but if you receive labels with a production defect, we will work with you to find a resolution.
To report an issue, please email help@labelprint.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
âś” A description of the defect
âś” Photographic or video evidence
âś” Your order number
Late claims may not be accepted.

4. What Qualifies as a Production Defect?
Â
AÂ production defect includes:
âś… Printing errors that do not match the approved artwork
âś… Material or finishing defects outside industry-accepted tolerances
âś… Incorrect size, shape, or configuration that differs from the confirmed order
Â
The following do not qualify as defects:
❌ Minor color variations due to digital printing (within industry standards)
❌ Customer-supplied artwork errors (e.g., typos, alignment issues)
❌ Damage caused during shipping (see Shipping Issues below)

5. Resolution for Verified Defects
Â
If a production defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions, at our discretion:
âś” Reprint the affected portion of your order
âś” Partial refund or store credit for the defective portion
Â
Full refunds are not issued unless the entire order is unusable.

6. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged Packages)
Â
• If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• We require photos of damaged goods and packaging to file a claim with the courier.
• Labelprint.com is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping provider, but we will assist in filing a claim where possible.
